CHANCELLOR IN REPLY By Telmbapb.—Press Association Dunedin, March 26. In answer to the Health Minister’s remarks regarding the diploma of nursing, Mr. Sidey. chancellor of Otago University, states that the project was only carried on the understanding that it would cost Otago nothing, and the letter to the Health Department shows that the University Council was clearly under the impression that the Depart-' ment was providing the money.
