The Tetuan correspondent of “The Times” says that Ott Zeltin, ex-colonel of the Lett Army and German war correspondent, attempting to enter the Riff territory disguised as a native, was wounded and captured by the Spanish. He has been imprisoned for four months awaiting trial, the Spaniards contending that be is an ex-Ger-tnan officer, of unsatisfactory antecedents, attempting to join Abd el Krim’s band of European adventurers. A Korean, convicted of a plot to bomb the Emperor of Japan during the earthquake excitement in 1923, and his Japanese mistress, have been sentenced to death.
