It is announced that a general, average of 5 per cent, has been declared on the cargo of the steamer Surrey, due at Wellington next Wednesday from London, via southern ports. j PORT DENISON AT SUVA. I The C. and D. Line have received cable news that the Port Dunedin arrived at Suva yesterday morning from London. The vessel will leave Fiji on Monday afternoon for Auckland, Wellington, and New Plymouth. She is due at Auckland on Friday next, and at Wellington,a week later. THE TREVARRACK., ! The A. and A. Line steamer Trevarrack arrived at Napier' at 5 a.m. yesterday ! from Auckland to continue the discharge f of her New York .cargo. The vessel will' leave Napier on' Monday night for Wellington, and is due here in time to commence discharge on Wednesday morning. THE CANADIAN SPINNER. The Canadian Spinner is due at Wellington to-morrow morning from Halifax, via Auckland. After putting out part cargo she will leave on Wednesday for southern ports. THE MIDDLESEX. • • The Federal Co. announce an 'alteration in the itinerary of the Middlesex. The vessel will now leave Wellington this afternoon for Lyttelton, and will proceed afterwards to Wanganui roadstead to continue loading. The ship is due’ back nt Wellington from Wanganui on February 22, and will now sail from here at .daybreak on February 24 for Boston, New York, West Coast of Great Britain, and London. CARGO OF JARRAH. Tho C. and D. Line steamer Port Victor is expected to leave Sunbury to-day with a cargo of jarrah to discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin. The vessel will bunker, cn route, at Port Kembla, nnd is expected at Auckland about tho end of this month.

TAINUI TO ARRIVE ON MONDAY. The Shaw, Savill, and Albion Co. received a wireless message yesterday from their liner Tainui, en route from London and 'Southampton, stating that the vessel will arrive at Wellington on Monday evening. The Tainui will land her passengers at Wellington, but has no cargo for this port. She is to sail from Wellington on Tuesday afternoon to discharge at Lyttelton and Port Chalmers. Captain W. 11. Hartman retains command of the ship. ' PORT HUNTER DELAYED. Further delay was experienced by the C. and D. Line steamer Port Hunter in the Wanganui roadstead owing to a jwestorly gale. The vessel is now expected at Wellington on Tuesday, and will clear here next Friday for London, via Panama. THE CITY OF NORWICH.
