THE CASSIOPEE
SLOOP TO SAIL TO-DAY
The French war sloop Cassiopee, now at Clyde Quav Wharf, will sail about noon to-day for Auckland, where she will make a short stay prior to leaving for Noumea, her headquarters in the Pacific. Yesterday morning Captain Decoux returned the visits made to the ship bv the various Consular agents in Wellington. He also paid a visit to the Minister of Defence (Hon. r. J. Rolleston). Last night the captain and officers were entertained at tlie French Club.
