For using a dirty vehicle for the cartage of mils, Eric Lambert was on the charge of being found on a racecourse while being prohibited from attending race meetings, Isabella Cousins was fined £4. For assaulting Thomas Bell, Ralph John Ryland Mcßandall was fined £3, the Magistrate . ordering half that amount to be paid to Bell. Charged with damaging flour valued at 305., Donald Nicholson was ordered to make good the damage to that amount. ... , „ For failing to close Ins shop at 8.30 p.m. Oil Fridav, A. F. W. Avery, an outfitter, of Riddiford Street, Newtown, was fined £2. . For trading cn Sundav, Frederick Samuel Hobson was fined £5, while Zoe Rogers had to pay 10s. for a similar cffencc.
