GOOD TEMPLARS
The annual meeting of the Wellington District No. 5 Good Templars was held on Saturday last. There was a very good attendance of members and representatives from all lodges and temples were present. The District Chief Templar presided. District degree was conferred on five members from the various subordinate lodges. _ The officers’ report recorded an increase of 236 members. Tho election of officers resulted as follows: District Chief Templar, Bro. S. Hirst (re-elected): district counsellor. Bro. G. Price; district vicetemplar, Sis. Mrs. Eabian, (re-elected); district supt. juvenile lodge. Sis. Mrs. Hirst (re-elected); district secretary, Sis. G. Symington (re-elected); district treasurer,' Bro. G. Petherick (re-elected for the twentv-fourth year); district chaplain, Sis. -Mrs. King; district electoral secretary, Bro. Rennie; district marshal, Bro. Trcveleyan (re-elected): district guard, Bro.
