COMPLETES FLIGHT TO BUENOS AIRES GREAT REJOICING IN ( MADRID Buenos Aires, February 10. The Spanish trans-Atlantic aviator, Commander Franco, arrived at 12.17 p.m. from Montevideo, completing a flight from Palos to Buenos Aires of 6232 miles.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. Rec. The capital is illuminated and the streets thronged with inerrv-makers. “Te Deum” will be sunn in the Cathedral to-day. The Government has announced an amnesty to all prisoners to the extent of reduction bv one-tenth of their terms of imprisonment.
