A mooting of the Wellington . Coach Workers’ Union last night carried the following resolution: “This union congratulates those gentlemen who have brought before the Government the claims of the industry for reasonable protection in view of the menace of imported motor bodies which would only have to he assembled by unskilled labour. thus reducing the amount of work for skilled artisans; and urges the Government to give effect to the representations of the recent deputations.
