ALLEGED BREACH OF COVENANT
CLAIM AGAINST FARMER.' “Dominion” Special. Palmerston North, February 4. Before Mr. Justice MacGregor, at the Supreme Court to-day, Ernest S. Lancaster, of Levin, and W. Anderson, of Aokautcre, as executors of the estate of S, R. Lancaster, proceeded against W. Henry Brown, farmer of Aokautere, claiming for a declaration that an agreement for sale and purchase had been validly cancelled, and that defendant deliver up possession of lands, £l4O ss. lid. interest, mesne profits, and ■ £5O damages for alleged breach of covenant. After hearing the formal evidence of ' '. Anderson, one of the plaintiffs, and that of Geoffrey Tremaine, solicitor, His Honour adjourned the case until tomorrow.
