FARM COLONY IN CANADA
FUNDS FOR HOMES AND STOCK.
AVinnipeg, January 19. A settlement known as the Clan Donald Colony, comprising 100 families, and embracing 30,000 acres, will be established at Vermilion, in Alberta, next spring, under the joint agency of the Canadian Pacific Railways and the Scottish Immigrant Aid Society. Land has already been purchased, and funds are available for the construction of homes and buildings, in addition to the stocking and equipping of farms. —Reuter
