BEQUEST TO SARGENT ART GALLERY The Sargent Art Gallery collection at Wanganui will be considerably added to and enriched by the generous bequest under the will of the late William Francis Barraud, of Wellington. Comprised in the forty-five works bequeathed are pictures bv” such well known artists as Lee Hankey, John Gully, Yeend King, G. Breanski, A. B. Simpson, R.A., Burghleight Bruhl, C. D. and E. N. Barraud, Al. Alonnikendam, and others. An additional bequest to the Wellington Diocesan Board of Trustees of the sum of 1100, is also provided for by the will. The Public Trustee has been appointed executor under the will.
