MAGISTRATE’S COURT
Mr. E. Page, S.M., presided in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday. Robert Francis Butler, who was charged with wilful and obscene exposure, was remanded to appear on Wednesday next. Bail was renewed.
Alfred Frank Tyree,, aged 24. on a charge of stealing a raincoat valued at £2, the property of Robert William lieay, was remanded to appear at Mastcrton on January 25. Charged with obtaining £5 from the Todd Motor Company by means of a false pretence, George William . Nelson Wilderrnoth was remanded to appear on Tuesday next.
