THE SAMOAN STORM

LADY ROBERTS REFLOATED

Advice has been received that the steamer Lady Roberts, which was carried on to an inner reef as an outcome of the hurricane which swept Samoa on New Year's Dav, has now been refloated. The hull is reported to be intact, but sufficient damage has been done to necessitate the vessel’s being towed to Fiji for repairs and survey. 'The work of towing the Lady Roberts will probably be undertaken bv flic Government steamer Hinetnoa on her first trip to Niue.
