'l'he School Committees’ Association waited on Sir James Parr (Minister of Education) to-day, with a request Hint the Master Printers’ Association should take in band the preparation, printing, and distribution of school books at cheaper rates. Sir James Parr said he would welcome any practicable proposal to reduce the cost to parents, and asked the deputation to submit its suggestions in writing.
