There are cross footpaths in concrete, both in front and behind the building, and one long footpath extends from the front entrance of the rest room to the apex of the triangle, which ends In a circular flower-bed. All the walks are bordered with a low kerb in red brick, which should look very well when the plots on either side are sown with grass. All the rubbish has been cleared off the section, and good black loam is being deposited in preparation for the autumn sowing. When the whole of the is completed and garden seats are placed here and there for tired wayfarers, this spot, which was a drab eyesore for so long, should be a pleasant oasis in mid-city. Some 20 feet of the point of the triangle is being thrown into the street, which means a considerable easement for traffic at that point.
