The death occurred on Wednesday of a well-known Petone resident, Mr. Robert H. Parrant. of Fitzherbert Street, after a lengthy illness. The late Mr. Parrant was for mnnv years in business as a carpenter and joiner, and was associated with manv local societies, being a prominent member ot Lodge Ulster. He leaves a widow and a grown-up family.
