RIFLE SHOOTING
UPPER HUTT RIFLE CLUB. At Trentham on Saturday the Upner Hutt Rifle Club fired the first shoot in the third series, which also counted for the championship. The conditions were good, with a steady right wind, and the 'A class shooters put up some high scoring. Rflmn. F. Whiteman secured a leg-in for the A class trophy and Rflmn. A. Benge a leg-in for the B class trophy. The following arc the details:—
