“A SOCIAL PEST”
WOMAN DEFRAUDED. By Telegraph.—Press Association Nelson, January 13. Described bv the police as a social pest, Frank Robinson, alias Harold Kerr, alias Richardson, was charged in the Magistrate’s Court with false pretences in obtaining from a woman the sum of £5 with intent to defraud. Accused was apprehended at Bluff when about to leave the Dominion. He pleaded guilty, was fined £lO, and ordered to make restitution, in default two months’ imprisonment.
