Messrs. Abraham and Williams re. port:—A good line of vealers at the salevards made £2 10s. Beef, oi which there were a fair number of offerings, brought market rates, and were in good demand. Fat cows showed an improvement m price, compared with last week’s yarding. Pig prices were even with ruling fates. Sheep: Shorn . lambs, 9s. 4d.; small woolly lambs, Bs. 3d.; cull lambs, 4s. 73.; sound-mouth ewes, 10s. Cattle: Good fat cows, £6 Is.; fat cows, £3 17s. 6d. to £5 55.; vealers. £2 10s.; forward cows. £2 14s. to £3 2s. Gd.; stores, £1 to 325.: 4-ycar-old bullocks, £8 Is.; bulls, £1 7s. 6iL to £5 ss.
