UNIDENTIFIED BODY FOUND
Bt Telegraph.-- I’uUk. ssociation Timaru, December 28. At an inquest on the body of an unknown man found on the beach on December 25, medical evidence showed that the body was that of an adult, about sft. Rin. in height. There was no sign of injury prior to death. There was a slight bowing of the left fore arm due to an old fracture, 'lhe deceased’s age was probably between twenty and thirtv, and evidently he had not been used to hard work. Death probablv took place from three to six weeks ago. The police evidence showed that there was a tattoo marl: on the right forearm, a heart pierced bv an arrow, with the letters "W.T.” The shirt bore the name of B. W. Scott. The inquest was adjourned sine die to enable the police to make further inquiries as to the identity of deceased.
