Dr. Malcolm MacEachern, director of the American College of Surgeons, the highest authority on hospital management and efficiency on the continent, lias sailed by the Aorangi to tour the hospitals of Australia and New Zealand, as a distinguished guest of the Governments. He will proceed direct to Victoria. Interviewed, he said, “My mind is open and unprejudiced.
