CHILDREN FATALLY SCALDED
FALL INTO HOT WHEY VAT By Telegraph—Press Association Hamilton, November 17. Ivan Koller aged six, the son of the manager of the Rototuna Dairy Factory, strayed into the factory when pobody was about, and fell into a vat of hot whey. He managed to scramble out and his cries attracted attention. He was. fearfully burned about th? bodv, thighs, and arms, and though medical aid was summoned, he died of the injuries.
DRANK BOILING WATER. Invercargill, November 17. The infant son of Mr. J. H. Aldridge was left for a moment in the kitchen, and drank boiling water from the spout of a kettle standing on the range, and was fatally scalded in the mouth and throat.
