The annual examination of the institute of Optometrists of New Zealand will- take place this week at the Accountants’ Chambers, Johnston Street. There are twenty-three sitting for the first division, which covers all the tZeory and practical parts of optical mechanics. Thirteen are sitting for the second division, which includes sighttesting and anatomy of the eye, etc. Sunday afternoon the visiting and local students spent in a run and tea at Day’s Bay*
