ANOTHER TO BE ESTABLISHED By Telegraph-—Press Association Auckland, March 21. The Hon. Sir James Parr, Minister of Justice, states that it has been decided to establish a Borstal Institute for the North Island at Waikare, on tiie site of the prison camp, which it is proposed to move to near To’rannu. At Waikare there is a fine building, and thousands of acres of land to bring into cultivation. The prisoners now nt Waikare will be removed, and “reformatives” will also be transferred. The Borstal Institution at Waikare will accommodate from 80 to 100.
