ADMIRAL KATO TO FORM A CABINET. Tokio, June 8. Admiral Kato has been summoned to form a Cabinet.—Reuter. COALITION EXPECTED. Tokio, June 9. The fact that prior to Baron Kiyoura’s resignation Baron Kato constantly conferred with the leaders of the Takahashi, Inukai, Seiyukai, and Kakushin Club .Party leaders, lends colour to the belief' that the new Government will be a Coalition. It is further believed that the Kenseikai Party, of which Baron Kato is leader, is not strong enough to a Ministry of its own members. —Reuter.
