LONDON TUBE STRIKE
IMPROVED SERVICES BEING RUN London, June 9. The railway strike position continues to improve. It is officially announced that except for the Tjirnham Green-Richmond section, the whole of the underground system is now working. Numbers of the strikers have returned to-day, and it is expected that the stations now shut will be opened to-morrow. —Reuter. CONTINUANCE OF STRIKE DECIDED ON London, June 9. A conference of delegates with the London tube railway strike committee decided to continue the strike.—Reuter.
