SUMMONS CASES. Tho summons cnsee in the Magistrate « Court yesterday Mere dealt with by Mr. B. Page, S.M. . A fine of A2 and costs was imposed on John G. G. Kuch, who had sold unwholesome meat. It was explained on behalf of defendant that meat was liable to go bad in muggy weather, and in such cases the money would always be refunded. The Magistrate considered that in a measure the offence was probably accidental. For assaulting Daji Parsotam, Walter Samuel Green was fined £5, half of which is to bo paid to the victim. . W. Carver, who had neglected to install heating appliances, was fined JJS and costa. . Failure to stamp receipts cost Austin Edgar Nicholls £1 and costs. . . For entering a hotel while prohibited, Christopher Hegh was fined £1 and costs.
