UNRAISED LOANS
LIFE EXTENDED BY FIVE YEARS The City Council last evening, on the recommendation of the Legislation Committee, decided that authority be granted to the city solicitor to draft legislation extending the life of all loans on the loan schedule of 1920 in respect of which no money has been raised, for a further period of five years.
