THE PIAKO. The Federal Line report that, the Piako has been somewhat delayed in loading in the Wanganui roadstead owing io bad wea-thcr. The vessel, however, is ex' pected to leave there late to-night for Wellington. where she is due to-morrow. The Piako is to sail from Wellincton on Tuesday for Napier and other northern ports to complete her cargo for West Coast ports of Great Britain. THE OTAKI. The Now Zealand Shipping Co.’a steamer Otaki arrived at Lyttelton yesterday from New Plymouth to continue loading. The vessel will leave Lvttelton to-day for Port Chalmers and Wellinc ton. She is duo here next Thursday, and will sail on the following Saturday for London, via Montevideo and Lae Palmas. WARNING TO MARINERS. The Secretary. General Post Office, has been advised that the foliowine navigation warning was broadcasted by Rarotonga radio at 4.38 p.m. on. May 7:"S.S. Waiwera passed large iceberir in position lattitudo 51.25 south, longitude 124.11 west, at 9 a.m.. May 3.” THE RAMA. The Rama is duo at Wellingtno to-day from Auckland direct. She will sail tomorrow for Chatham Island ports. THE MOERAKI. The Union Co.’s Moeraki. which has been undergoing overhaul at Port Chalmers, is to leave there to-morrow for Melbourne. via Bluff. She is expected to clear Bluff finally on Tuesday next. STEAMER CHARTERED. The Union Co. have chartered a steamer to load at Vancouver and San Francisco during the latter part of June for New Zealand and Australian ports. MISCELIANEOUS. The Waihemo. from Port Chalmers, nut Into Wellington on Wednesday evening for bunkers. She sailed yesterday for Newcastle, via New Plymouth. , The Wanaka and the Wingatui are to ’load at southern ports next week for
