THEFT ADMITTED
CLOTHIER’S SHOP BROKEN INTO

In the Police Court to-day, Albert Foster Smith, aged 19, pleaded guilty to a charge of breaking and entering llio clothier’s shop of Annie McMillan. between February 16 and 18, and stealing goods to the value of £46. Ho was committed for sentence at Auckland.
