PROPERTY SALE
Messrs. Harcourt and Co. had a large attendance at their rooms yesterday afternoon, when they submitted at auction 13 sections in Miramar, nine having frontages of 4-Oft. to Torn Street by depths of lfisft., and four with frontages of from 46ft. to 44ft. to Para Street by an average depth of 134 ft. Bidding throughout, the sale was exceptionally keen, and e even out of the thirteen sections were sold under the hammer, with the total purchase prices amounting to 411404. Tho auctioneers announce that the two unsold lots, Nos. 10 and 12, on Para Street, are now for private sale.
