The Wellington City Conned are floating an attractive loan of £59,000 at 5J per cent, for a term of 10 years, repayable in 1934 The interest and principal are free ot exchange in New Zealand. The debentures are for £lOO each. A sinking fund of 1 per cent, will be established in connection with tlie Joan. The loan and the intrest, and sinking fund are secured by a special rale of 7-100ths of a penny in the £ on the unimproved value of the City of Wellington..
