The Wellington City are floating an attractive loan of £59,000 at 5J per cent, for a term of 10 years, repayable in 1934 Tho interest and principal arc free of exchange in New Zealand. The debentures are for £lOO each. A sinking fund of 1 per cent, will be established in connection with the loan. The loan and the intrest, and sinking fund are secured by a special rate of 7-100ths of a penny in the £ on tho unimproved value of the City of Wellington. Trustees and investors may invest in these municipal debentures. Applications should be made promptly to the City Treasurer, Town Hall, Wellington.—Advt.
