UNDERGROUND RAILWAYS FOR TOKIO
AN EARTHQUAKE-PROOF SYSTEM. (Rec. April 21, 7.55 p.m.) Tokio, April 20. Th© Municipal Council has approved plans for fifty miles of underground electric railways, at a cost of 200 million yen.
