TOW HALL CUSTODIAN
The Citv Council last night appointed the custodian of the Town Hall (Mr. T W. Leslie) a special constable. Tlio Mayor (Mr. R. A. Wright) explained that the custodian in the course of his duty had had to deal with some pretty tough customers, one of whom had given him a black eye.
