BRITAIN A FRIEND IN GOOD AND BAD FORTUNE London, Afarch 18. The Cairo correspondent of “The Times” reports that Zaghlul Pasha, in an interview, said: “I consider that we are on the threshhold of a new era, in which the good relations of Britain and Egypt will be consolidated and fixed on a solid, durable, and just , basis. We want to see in Britain a great friend in. good and bad fortune, each of us rejoicing in tho other’s prosperity. It appears to me that the sentiments of both countries are such that we should lie able to arrive at a mutually satisfactory entente.” — “Tho Times.”
