FIRE AT HATAITAI
BUILDING AND STOCK BADIY DAMAGED. The Fire Brigade was called to an outbreak of fire in a fancy goods and stationery shop situated at No. 3 Moxhain Avenue; Kilbirnie, at 9.30 last night. Considerable damage was done to the real- portion of the shop, and the stock was seriously damaged by smoke, heat and water. Th building, which was owned by Warden and Roberts, ami occupied by George Lawrence was insured in the Atlas Company for <£3oo. The contents were .insured in the Southern Union for £3OO.
