RECAPTURED PRISONERS IN COURT
By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, January 17. Helm and Williams, the recaptured prisoners, were charged iu the Police Court with converting to their own use an auxiliary yacht, the property of Mr. J. E. Smith, and were remanded to January 21. Constables Petty and Sutherland, who were left in charge of the yacht, landed at .Waiheke Island at daylight this morning.
