Savill. and Albion Co.’s liner Athenic arrived at "Auckland nt 7 p.m. on Tuesday from Lyttelton; She Is to leave the northern port on Saturday for Wellington, arriving here on Monday. The vessel will sail from hero at daybreak on January 30 for Southampton and London, via Panama. THE RUAPEHU. The New Zealand Shinning Co.’s liner Ruapehu berthed at Timaru yesterday morning to load. She will sail to-night for Lyttelton and Wellington, arriving here on Sunday. The vessel will leave Wellington on January 26 for Southampton and London, via Panama. THE ESSEX TO LOAD. The Federal Line state that the Essex left Brisbane on Saturday for Auckland, where she is to commence loadjng for West Coast ports of Great Britain. Tho vessel will also load at Napier. Wanganui, i New Plymouth. Wellington, and Lyttelton. THE MAMARI. To-morrow the Shaw, Savill and Albion Co.’s steamer Mamari will leave Gisborne for Picton and. Wellington to continue loading. The New Zealand Shipping 00. report that the Turakina.,while on her way from Lyttelton to Wellington, hove-to yesterday off the coast owing to exceptionally heavy weather She will enter port this morning. and is to complete loading and sail this evening for Loudon, via Panama. THE PORT HACKING. To continue loading, the C. and D. Line steamer Port Hacking left Gisborne yesterday afternoon for Napier. From the latter port she will come to Wellington to fill up. DORSET LEAVES COLON. A cable Message received by the New Zealand Shipping Co. announces the arrival of the Dorset at Panama on January 12 from Auckland, and her departure from Colon on January 13 for New York. Boston London, and West Coast ports of Great Britain. The vessel sailed from Auckland on December 17. THE OTAKI. The Federal Line advise that the Otaki sailed from Liverpool on Saturday with catgo to discharge at Auckland. Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin. She is due at Aucklaud about February 25. and at Wellington a week later. PORT VICTOR DELAYED. The C. and D. Lino received advice that thc Port Victor, which arrived at Wanganui roadstead on Tuesday night from Wellington for loading, was compelled to put to sea yesterday moraine owing to a heavy sea. DEVON TO LOAD. Cable news has been received by the New Zealand Shipping Co. that the Devon arrived at Adelaide on Monday afternoon from Liverpool, which port she left on November 26. 'The vessel will discharge at Adelaide. Melbourne. Sydney and Brisbane, and will afterwards load in New Zealand. THE CORNWALL. Tho Cornwall, which is discharging Liverpool cargo at Wellington to the agency of the Federal Line, will now sail tomorrow for Lyttelton. Dunedin, and Bluff to put out the remainder. . THE KENT. At 10.30 o’clock yesterday morning the liner Kent, which is loading under the auspices of the New Zealand Shinning Co., left Dunedin for Lyttelton and Wellington. The vessel is due here on Sunday. and will sail next Thursday lor Napier. Whakatane, and Auckland. She Is fixed to leave Auckland on February fc for London, via Montevideo. NOWSHERA ARRIVES SUNDAY. Tho Federal Line have been notified that the Nowshera. cargo laden from New York, will now leave Auckland to-mor-row for Wellington, where she Is cue on Sunday. THE KARAMEA. The Shaw. Savill and Albion Co. advise that the Karamea will now sail from Wellington at daybreak to-day for London. via Montevideo and Teneriffe. THE KAIKOURA. The Union Co. reported yesterday that their motor shin Hauraki sailed from San Francisco on Sunday for Vancouver to complete loading for Auckland and Australian ports. The vessel is expected to clear Vancouver on Monday next tor Auckland direct.
