The arrangement recently made by the New Zealand Meat Producers’ to delivers single carcasses of prime New Zealand lamb for the sum of £1 13s. per ca.rcass is stated to have met witli *'Orv gratifying results, over 110-0 single carcasses being delivered to addresses all over Great Britain. By this means it is crtinlatod that this prime article of New Zealand produce will thus be introduced to some 7000 people. ’.I he London office of tho board is now continually receiving letters from different recipients in Great Britain eulogising the quality of the lambs received. Tn tho Dunedin Police Court yesterday William Patrick Sheehan appeared'on charges of incest. The case was heard with closed doors. After evidence had been heard to a certain stage the further hearing was adjourned till Friday.—Press Assn.
