SEATOUN HEIGHTS
WATER AND DRAINAGE WANTED.
When Miramar was a separate borough it raised a loan for water and dfnfnage, but before these services could be extended to Seatoun heights the money gave out, and the locality has been without them ever since. In this predicament an appeal has been made to the City Council, and after consideration it has been resolved to place the matter before tlie Publie Health Board, which can order the council to raise money for the wgjk without the formality of a poll of ratepayers.
