WELLINGTON ASSOCIATION FIXTURES FOR SATURDAY The Management Committee of tho Wellington Cricket Association met last night, the chairman (Mr. C. G Wilson) presiding. ~ x . , In response to an application trom the Wairarapa Association, for a Wellington team at Christmas, it was decided to reply that an endeavour would be made to send a team. It was also resolved to arrange, if practicable, for a team to visit Manawatu on December 21 and 22. On the motion of Mr. D. McKenzie, it was resolved that transfers from clubs should be in the hands of tho transfers committee not later than 1 p.m. on Thursdays, and that the substitute should be named. In default, tfib application would not be considered for the current week. The senior championship committee suggested ill at the players chosen for representative matches should have the temporary use of the nets at the Basin Reserve allotted to the coltsand that, for the time being, the senior clubs should take the boys to thennets. The suggestion was adopted. The fee charged the Boys’ Institute for the use of a room at the Basin Reserve was reduced from £4 to £3, on their application. Fixtures.
