EXTRAORDINARY INTEREST There is quite an undercurrent of seething excitement over the announcement made in yesterday’s Dominion that the beautiful property of Mrs. W. H. George, “Hillsborough,” Kelburn, is to bo definitely sold on Wednesday next, at 3 p.m. The unforeseen difficulties which necessitated tho postponement of the sale have now been finally removed, and next Wednesday will probably establish a record in tho price of building sites within the city boundaries. During the past week, literally hundreds of visitors have inspected the various sections, and coveted their possession. Unfortunately, there will only be four available for purchase. 1 the competition will no doubt of a most animated description. .1 ... site is so unique and the terms are so favourable that it is certain that each lot will he eagerly contended for. The man who has the farthest vision of the future value of the possibilities of the site, and who is prepared to pay a commensurate price, will unquestionably bo the fortunate purchaser.— (Published by arrangement.)
