THIRD WEDDING CEREMONY IN PROSPECT Br Telegraph—Press Association. Hamilton, November 30. In the Supreme Court an unusual divorce case was hoard. William Thompson in June obtained a decree nisi, then left for Sydney and married again, believing decree absolute had been made in the meantime However the Judge refused to "rant the decree absolute until he was satisfied that proper provision had been made for alimony. Thompson was brought back by his wife, charged with leaving the country during the currency of a maintenance order. Thompson was convicted and discharged. Since then lie made satisfactory provision (or alimony and the decree absolute was granted. Thompson will now, in order to 'og.alise his second marriage, have to mi through the ceremony again.
