LAWYER’S RECORD FEE
FOR UPSETTING A WILL. London, November 27. The “Daily Express” states that the famous lawyer, Juan Lacierva, has received a reward of five million dollars as the result of a great lawsuit. He was counsel for tho widow of Senor Romagnera, and succeeded in upsetting Senor Romagnear’s will, which left tho whole of his estate, of fifteen million dollars, to the Bishop of Madrid, on the ground that the testator was affilictod with religious mania. The widow has just died, and left onethird of her estate to her counsel, who thus receives a record fee. Senor Romagnera made Ins foriune fa South America. —Aus.-N.Z. Cable
