Recently a consignment of egg pulp was forwarded to London from New Zealand. Information has been received that the consignment was difficult to sell, owing to the bulk of this business being contracted for months ahead. It is gratifying to know, however, that the New Zealand pulp gave every satisfaction, many buyers regarding it as better than the Chinese, which practically holds the trade in London. The agents suggest that New ‘ Zealand should make an effort, to deliver pulp from September to January, when it is possible a good market will be obtained.
