PROPOSED NEW CITY
ON EASTERN BANK OF SUEZ CANAL.
Cairo, June 6.
The Cabinet is considering the proposal of the Suez Canal Company to establish a new city on the eastern bank of the canal, to be called I ort Said East. Tho company proposes to advance 10,000.000 francs without interest, the capital to be refunded from the sal© of lands. —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
