RECORD SALE OF RUGBY SEATS
OVER £3OO AVORTH SOLD IN ONE DAY.
Interest in the AVellington Rugby season promises to be exceptionally keen. The secretary of the AVellington Rugby Union (Air. F. J. McComiskey) reported last night that the sales of reason tickets during the day had brought in more than £3OO, which was a record for one day’s sales. The plan is still open to last year’s season ticket holders, but after tonight it will bo thrown open to tho general put'lic.
