DIVORCEES’ REMARRIAGE
FORBIDDEN BY ANGLICAN CHURCH. Sydney, April 14. Dr. Radford, Bishop of Goulburn, in his presidential address .to the -Goulburn Anglican Synod, said that Anglican bishops have revised the marriage and divorce regulat : ons of 1902 to the effect that permission would not be given to either party—guilty or innocent —to remarry after divorce so long as both were living. The Bishop explr/ned that hitherto reference to the guilty party had implied that the one who was innocent could obtain permission.—Press Assn.
