OBITUARY
FORMER MEMBER OF NEW ZEALAND PARLIAMENT. Sydney. April 14. The death is announced of ‘William Whitehouse Collins, a Frecthought ’ecturer, who was formerly a member of Parliament for Christchurch, New Zealand. —Press, Assn, [Mr. ColUns was first elected one of three representatives for the Citv of Christchurch, in 1893. He was again elected in 1899, and sat until 1902. He was well known in Christchurch twenty-five years ago, when he lectured each Sunday evening on Freethought subjects.j DR. ARTHUR LATHAM. (Rec.
